How much does it cost?/
Certificates are available in 3,000RMB, 5,000RMB, 8,000RMB and 10,000RMB denominations
and there's no service charge. You choose the one that's best for you, or let us
know if you want a tailored amount.
Where can it be used?
The Certificate can be redeemed for any travel package purchased at Classic Travel.
Eligible purchases include air tickets, tailor-made packages, tours, hotels and
cruises. Let us know where you want to go, we will give you some recommendations
and a price quote. If you think it’s good, then just make a booking with the gift
certificate, leave all the hassle to us. Terms and conditions apply.
How can I pay for it?
We accept the following payment methods:
Cash: We can send courier free of charge to your home or office (within Shanghai area) to collect cash free of charge. Please let us know the address and your preferred time for our courier to come. You can also come into our office during opening hours.
Credit Card: We accept domestic debit cards, and domestic and international credit cards. Please note there is a small surcharge of 0.5% for domestic credit cards and 3% for international credit cards. We can send a courier free of charge to your home or office (within Shanghai area) with a portable P.O.S card processing machine, or you may come into our office to pay, or fill in a credit card authorisation form (only for international card) and email/fax back to us.
Bank Transfer: We can provide our bank account details for you to arrange a direct bank transfer. We need a remittance slip or transaction confirmation that the payment has been made to our account. Note transfers from international accounts can take a few days to complete.

Can it be combined with other discounts or offers?
As long as you meet the terms and conditions of the other offers or discounts, you
can use the Classic Travel Gift Certificate just like you would with cash.
Where can I get Classic Travel Gift Certificates?
After you pay, we will send courier free of charge to your home or office (within
Shanghai area) to deliver the gift certificate. Please let us know the address and
your preferred time for our courier to come. You can also come into our office during
opening hours.
What are the Terms & Conditions?
- Classic Travel Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash, credit or as payment
for any other
transaction.
- Certificates are not replaceable if lost or stolen.
- Certificates are in Chinese Yuan
- If the holiday package purchased is worth more than the value of the Certificate,
the balance
can be settled separately by using cash or a major credit card.
- If the holiday package costs less than the value of the Certificate, we'll issue
you a new lower denomination Certificate to use on your next trip.
